CONSTITUTION:
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 24 mg, Lidocaine hydrochloride: 3 mg. Phosphate solution pH 7.2 q.s.p. 1 g. One syringe contains 1 ml of formulation.
DESCRIPTION:
JUVÉDERM® Ultra 4 is a sterile physiological gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin that does not cause fever. The gel is contained in a disposable syringe with a scale. Each package contains 2 sterile syringes, disposable needles for the injection of JUVÉDERM® Ultra 4 , a leaflet and a set of labels for physicians and patients to ensure traceability.
STERILIZATION:
The contents of syringes containing JUVÉDERM® Ultra 4 are sterilized by moist heat. Needles are sterilized using gamma radiation.
INDICATIONS FOR USE:
JUVÉDERM® Ultra 4 is indicated for filling deep dermal depressions by injection into the deep dermal layer and for lip and cheekbone volume augmentation. The presence of lidocaine is intended to reduce pain felt by the patient
The price is for one syringe with a capacity of 1ml. Package contains two syringes. In case of purchase of one syringe, package is assigned randomly.
